Donald Trump did an interview with Wolf Blitzer of CNN, discussing his take on the various presidential contenders, declared and otherwise... plus opinions on Dubya and Condi.

Hillary-- Very talented, very smart. A very, very capable person. SHe'll proably Brilliant, people love her, She's ready to be the commander in chief. SHe's become very, very popular in new york and it wasn't easy.

Barack obama he's a star. He's done an amazing job in a very short time. the wquestion is experience. I think he's young. I think it's a little bit soon.

JOhn Edwards. I don't know him.
That was a huge negative. It's a shame that that race was lost, because look what we have right now. It's a disaster. I would be inclined not to like him on the basis that he lost that election that he should have won.

Giuliani very ver talented-- smart, tough, ver formidable in every way. He's a very good guy, He's a very tough person which i think the country needs. He's got a lot of fantastic qualities.

McCain I don't know him well. Anybody who wants more troops going over to Iraq can't win.

Mitt Romney. I know him. I like him, very attractive guy. He's a very smart guy.

Bloomberg I think he's a fantastic person, someone I know and respect. He's been a wonder ful mayor, done a great job. I think he'd be formidable

On Bush, besides saying he's the worst president in history-- "He reads 60 books a year. He reads a book a week. Do you think the president reads a book a week? I don't think so."

I'm very much independent that way. I'm really more attuned to the people rather than the party.

On the war:

The war is a total disaster. It's a catastrophe, nothing less. It is such a shame that this took place. In fact, I gained a lot of respect for our current president's father by the fact that he had the sense not to go into Iraq. He won the war and then said, Let's not go the rest of the way. And he turned out to be right.

I've ALWAYS liked Trump...

There are going to be people on this site who don't like him simply because he is wealthy and a powerful person, some would even say he is an oligarch.

I have always given him credit for being an upfront and astute person. He has made mistakes like many people have made mistakes, but I also think he is generally a good person.

I knew he would have something to say about Condi. I've written a couple of articles about how worthless she has been. I cannot understand why more people have not picked up on this until now, but he certainly didnt miss it. I also like the way he tore into Bush.

She's a typical Bush loser-- ineffectual, covering for Bush.-- an embarassment to her alma mater.

I doubt that when the Dems take the whitehouse, that they'll need any input from her on foreign affairs.

Based upon a longish history of your postings and our dialogues I have seen first hand how you treat the left as uncomprehending what is obvious to you, unwilling to understand why democrats must remain so conservative as to be useless, yet remain our only hope, and such as that.

Therefore that silliness about hating the rich and powerful, not because they do and say stupid things, or because their power lies with their wealth and not their good intentions or popularity, but just because they are rich and powerful fell into your usual pattern of petulance and distortion of the lefts position , thus my response.

Beauty IS in the eyes of the beholder and I, for a change think that Anacondi Price ( that is how I called her since Y2003) is neither lovely nor even marginally clever. I also remember that one of her professors had said that if only he knew what kind of .. a something would come out, he would not teach her. Who knew.

As for Donald, I don't care much for him. But I am pretty sure that he never would have opened his mouth against Bush if he had not been told to do so by the group of predators he represents. OK, the more predators come out against Bush, the better. But don't bet on the Apprentice guy to be likable. He would bite your hand off in no time.

Donald Trump

Trump's ego has always got in the way for me to really like him personally but I sure admire all that he has accomplished. He has helped to raise three great children. They are a pleasure to meet and talk to - very natural. I don't think anyone or any group could persuade Donald Trump to mouth off about Bush. The man is honest and he is dead right! Bush is the worst President in the history of the USA and should be impeached and charged as a war criminal. Bush and Cheney are evil and have to be stopped before they use nuclear weapons on Iran!!! Thank you Donald Trump for speaking out!
